1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Forouz Beauty (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at forouzbeauty.com, scheduling appointments, purchasing products, or using any of our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Forouz Beauty provides professional beauty and aesthetic services including but not limited to skincare treatments, facials, waxing, laser treatments, injectables, and other cosmetic procedures as listed on our website and service menu. All services are performed by licensed and trained professionals. Service availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.

3. APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

When you book an appointment with Forouz Beauty, you are entering into an agreement to receive services at the scheduled time. We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You will receive a confirmation via email, text message, or phone call once your appointment is successfully scheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your current contact information. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact us immediately to verify your appointment.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from receiving services and result in lost revenue for our business. Therefore, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests for standard services, and at least 48 hours’ notice for extended treatments or procedures lasting more than one hour.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee may be charged to the credit card on file or required as payment before booking future appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service or decline future bookings for clients with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows. In cases of emergency or illness, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

5. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We value your time and the time of all our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or reduce the treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments. You will be charged the full service price regardless of reduced treatment time. Repeated late arrivals may result in a requirement for prepayment or a deposit for future appointments.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as specified at our location. For certain services, particularly injectables, laser treatments, or package deals, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given according to our cancellation policy.

All prices listed on our website and marketing materials are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of service will apply. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment or disputed charges.

7. CONSULTATION AND MEDICAL HISTORY

Prior to certain treatments, particularly aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, or injectables, you will be required to complete a consultation and provide accurate medical history information. You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous treatments, and any other information that may affect your treatment or results. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in adverse reactions, complications, or unsatisfactory results, for which we cannot be held liable.

You understand that certain medical conditions, medications, or lifestyle factors may make you ineligible for specific treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a treatment is not appropriate for you based on your medical history or consultation.

8. TREATMENT RISKS AND CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

All beauty and aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, burns, scarring, infection, discoloration, or dissatisfaction with results. While we take every precaution to minimize these risks, you acknowledge and accept these potential outcomes when consenting to treatment.

For treatments involving chemicals, lasers, needles, or other invasive procedures, you will be provided with specific pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully to achieve optimal results and minimize complications. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in adverse effects for which we are not liable.

You agree to immediately report any adverse reactions, complications, or concerns following treatment. Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve desired results, and individual results may vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, and other factors beyond our control.

9. PRODUCT SALES AND RETURNS

We offer retail beauty products for purchase both in-store and through our website. All product sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt for store credit only, excluding any shipping costs. Opened, used, or personalized products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of products for your specific skin type or concerns, though we are happy to provide recommendations based on our professional expertise. Product ingredients, formulations, and availability are subject to change by manufacturers without notice.

10. GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Gift certificates purchased from Forouz Beauty are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift certificates have no expiration date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Promotional offers, discounts, and special packages are subject to specific terms and restrictions as stated in the promotional materials. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law, but you acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks that insurance may not cover. You assume these risks voluntarily when consenting to treatment.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING

From time to time, we may photograph or record treatment results for educational, training, or marketing purposes. You will be asked to sign a separate photo release consent form if we wish to use your images. Without your explicit written consent, we will not use your photographs or identifying information in our marketing materials.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any reviews, testimonials, or feedback you provide about our services in our marketing materials, both online and offline, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect and maintain personal information including your name, contact details, medical history, treatment records, and payment information. This information is used solely for providing services, communicating with you, and maintaining accurate business records. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments and provide services (such as with payment processors or insurance providers).

14. HYGIENE AND SAFETY STANDARDS

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who appears to have a contagious condition, open wounds, or active infections to protect the health and safety of our staff and other clients.

You agree to inform us of any contagious conditions, recent illnesses, or exposure to infectious diseases prior to your appointment. If you arrive for an appointment with symptoms of illness or infection, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no penalty to you.

15. MINORS

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent for all services. We reserve the right to refuse certain treatments to minors based on age appropriateness and safety considerations. The parent or guardian is responsible for all payments and agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor.
